Heads up that we can’t pay you a Facebook salary. We don’t provide lunch every day, have a ping pong table in the break room or have a barista who will make you fancy coffee drinks. (We don’t even have an office, as we’ve always been fully remote and always will be!)

Being a surefooter means eating all 3 meals with your family, working a normal 40-hour week and fully disconnecting when the day is done. Walking the dog or taking some “you” time and leaving your phone at home.
